EVENT - Our most successful Star Party yet!
We held our first Star Party of the year in Horam on Friday February 1st. Clear skies enabled us to observe a variety of celestial objects resulting in a very long and successful evening.

UPDATE - Working Towards A Better Future
Star Trek portrays the 23rd and 24th centuries as a bright and positive era for the human race and the sentient inhabitants of many distant and varied worlds. Here at the beginning of the 21st century, that future is under threat from global warming, disease, and war. Although we are just a small group of people, we believe that if everyone does what they can, we have a good chance of making our dream - Gene Roddenberry's dream - come true.
To this end, we have released a page with details of what we're doing to help. Little things, such as recycling your rubbish and purchasing from carbon-neutral companies, all add up and help us to conserve the Earth's natural resources. We hope that this new page will inspire you to join us in working towards a better future.

UPDATE - Newhaven Fort
The U.S.S. Pharaoh's eighth annual trip to Newhaven Fort was a great day out for all involved. New exhibits, a halloween trail, and free cake all added to the occasion which has resulted in a bumper page of twenty new photos! Check out the Image Gallery to see what we've been doing recently.

NOW LIVE - Interactive Member Portal
At the suggestion of members of the crew, we have developed a members-only resource and discussion sub-site. After many months of hard work and eye strain, the Interactive Member Portal (IMP) has finally been deployed!

EVENT - Star Party
Following a number of successful star parties recently, the U.S.S. Pharaoh will be holding another one on the 26th August 2007 at Horam, starting at 15:00 and continuing well on into the night. Highlights will include:
• Solar observing
• Galaxy hunting
• Searching for Uranus
• Captain's Constellation Challenge
Refreshments will be provided throughout, but all attendees will be required to assist in food preparation etc.

UPDATE - Portsmouth Historic Dockyards
Members of the U.S.S. Pharaoh recently embarked on an away misison to Portsmouth Historic Dockyards. Thanks to great weather and plenty of exhibits, activities and museums - a very memorable day was had by all. For photos, see the latest addition to the image gallery.

UPDATE - New Galleries!
The image gallery has recently been updated with four new pages! These include photos from mission meetings and activities meetings, and a new "Group Photos" page which will be updated monthly with the crew photos taken at the end of each mission meeting. Photos from the lunar eclipse star party have also been added.

UPDATE - 2007 Events Calendar
Following group consultation, changes have been made to some of this year's meeting dates. The calendar has also been updated with new non-meeting dates (such as the annual Newhaven Fort visit) and quiz episodes are now being listed alongside the relevant activities meetings. See our events page for the latest updates.

Happy New Year!
The U.S.S. Pharaoh welcomed in the New Year with style, with a New Year meal fit for an Admiral! Combined with a games evening and snooker competition, 2383 started off as we intend it to continue. Photos of the event are now available for viewing in our image gallery.

Website Updates
We're happy to announce that there are two new banners on our links page, linking to the sites of the U.S.S. Intrepid, a Star Trek fan-film group in Scotland, and Kuro-RPG, a site with lots of Starfleet "rank pip" image resources. Both sites show some amazing work, based on and dedicated to Star Trek.

New Website Launched
Following a complete re-design and a fresh look at the site content, the all-new www.usspharaoh.co.uk has now been launched. The new site includes an up-to-date crew roster, a calendar of upcoming events, and an image gallery displaying a series of photos and images taken from recent group activities.
